Should we investigate them for the attempted overthrow of the government?

What does that matter? They were arrested for trespassing at the Capitol. Because they did not like the will of Congress.

You did not condemn them for their actions. You asked "Did Biden have a rally shortly before the arrests urging them to storm the Capitol building?" Sounds like you are giving them a pass because they are liberal.

They were demonstrating at the Capitol and got arrested for refusing to leave. Where is the difference? Other than they are liberals supporting your side.

If they got arrested for breaking a law, I hope they get tried and convicted and punished commensurate with the crime they committed. I think MrV has consistently been for such consequences. I agree with him that the VIOLENT crimes committed on Jan 6 were different (legally) than the non violent crimes by this group of loser liberals.

I will have a problem if the Democrats in charge decide not to press the charges after pressure from their looney left wing.

First off, I don't have a "side:" as the saying goes "I drink alone."

Second, if you cannot see the difference between the progressives marching down a street holding placards and Trumpies storming the Capitol, tearing down gates and breaking windows to force entry in order to stop Biden's election from being confirmed then further political discourse with you seems pointless.

You are ignoring the 800 pound gorilla in the room.
