C'mon, man: you say the world is with Ukraine yet they are facing the bear all alone. We could airlift weapons in to the outskirts of Kviv, accompanied by massive fighter protection: that would be meaningful. As it is, how will the weapons the west is promising get there in time? OK, by rail and truck from Poland et al, but that takes time and Russia can take out the roads and railroads needed for transport. Time for a redux of the Berlin Airlift, and if Putin goes nuclear, so be it: it's inevitable anyway, just a question of when. |
