A scandal has just recently happened where a MAN used a WOMAN'S bathroom at the WSOP.

I have used a women's restroom many times. The one time at the Las Vegas Hilton I may have been a little intoxicated.

Which casino has the pictures of women pointing and laughing over the urinals in the men’s bathrooms?

I don't see a major issue (actually I see no issue). Obviously, a man who used a woman's room to save time. This happens in reverse at women heavy events all of the time (women using stalls in the men's room to avoid the line). Actually, it even happens at relatively split events, simple because women rooms tend to get backed up far longer (since it is stalls only).

My guess is the WSOP is obviously a male heavy event, he needed to go, did not want to wait in the male crowd and figured he would use the women's room. This is actually pretty normal at events where bathroom space is 50/50 and one gender is dominant (by numbers attending).

I really don't see the outrage. If anything the people following him, while he bothers nobody and filming him in the bathroom are the weird ones.....

Imagine a concert where a woman comes into the male room (which is pretty much every concert I have ever been to), and I pretend to be outraged and follow her around the bathroom filming her and asking what she was doing. I would instantly be labeled the bad guy who is being creepy (rightfully so). This is all that is happening here.

Such events which are almost all men, are probably one of the few occasions where using a woman's room is +EV for your time, so I don't hold it against him doing something women do at virtually any other event.

This is nothing to do with trans, people using bathrooms of different genders to save time happens at literally every event and has for decades. It just is generally the other way around.

It's happening at all the Taylor Swift concerts. Swifties have literally taken over all the men's room at all the concerts. Men can get through quickly to the urinals but have to wait behind many women for a stall

Yup, which comes back to just make all bathrooms gender-neutral. Obviously, they are not concerned about a male in the bathroom, if they are willing to go into a bathroom full of men to save a few minutes.

An example that I think I have brought up before (if not I should have), is this training base for the Army. The class I was in was probably 90% males. There were two laundry rooms, one assigned to males, one assigned to females (why, who knows, because the Army thinks it is the 1800s I guess). Well, laundry takes a long time (much longer than using the bathroom, especially if you have to do multiple loads back to back). Predictably, the male laundry room had a massive wait time because even with 20 washers and 20 driers, it was constantly in use. Whereas, the female laundry room probably had a machine or two being used at any given time. It would be crazy to not use the female laundry room (many risked it). Did this endanger the women? I doubt it, because if somebody was going to assault a woman, they would just barge in anyway, and would not risk taking the time to meticoulsy sort through their laundry and stage everything. Ironically it led more to sexist stereotypes since many did not want to risk it, so they just had females do their laundry for them. It is the exact same concept with bathrooms, nobody sexualizes bathrooms. People have one goal get in and out as quickly as possible.

The idea that everything needs to be gender segregated is absurd. Bathrooms, Laundry rooms, etc... why? (Sure, showers and changing rooms). There are many extremes where it favors one gender over the other, in which cases people ignore the rules anyway, and even in split circumstances it tends to favor one gender. And, if people are willing to blow off the rules for convenience, people who are ill-intentioned are going to ignore the rules. If somebody who had some perverse impulsive fantasy to rape a woman in a bathroom was deterred by the fact that "men are not allowed in this bathroom," I would be shocked. What happened to the right-wing talking point, "Deranged Violent Criminals do not obey the law", I guess they are going to obey a plastic sign on the bathroom door?
