I have come to realize that people who disagree with me are always wrong.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.

I would hope the helmet and the pulled punches would do something. But yeah, one wrong one. Or walk into it.

Painful in one leg
Mornings are the worst as I hobble to the bathroom
Checked YouTube and saw some exercises
OMG, most of the pain gone
