Maybe I didn't give it a fair chance. I am very hard to please with action movies and comedies. I like dramas (especially dark ones), science fiction, non-fiction, and suspense (A Quiet Place is a good example). I don't think I like any Schwarzenegger movies where he doesn't play a robot. Sylvester Stallone I find more raw and edgier.

I might add that True Lies has only a 7.2 on IMDB, which I think is slightly below average. So I'm not the only one who doesn't like it.

He's not really the best actor, though I think he is better in later movies, or at least he gets better dialogue now. Don't think he'll ever win an Oscar though.

That is an understatement. I had a look at his filmography and was surprised to see he in pre-production of another Terminator movie. Hope it is better than the last one.

I will say that I thought Total Recall was quite good, but it is in spite of Schwarzenegger rather than because of him. The Running Man was also good.

I shouldn't criticize movies I haven't seen but have never heard anything good about Kindergarten Cop or Jingle all the Way.

I am trying to think of movies that are unwatchable.}}

Tried watching a 70's Bond movie last
week and was appalled at how truly
awful it was. Pick any of the Roger Moore
Bond's, they're terrible. Cheesy is the word.

Yet at the time we loved them, ate them
up. Unwatchable today. The fight scenes
are so poorly staged it's like a skit from
a 70's comedy TV show.

I've never been able to get very far in "Blue Velvet". Twice so far, I stopped watching.

Maybe I'll try again one day.

Its a tough movie but a real good movie
Love the opening with the beautiful fire truck in a parade showing how wonderful small town life is then the zoom close up into the grass to show how ugly a small town can be. Brilliant opening

I might be too easy.

I remember thinking the original actor in the original French movie was more plausible as Telecommunications Employee/Computer Salesman than Arnold.

The most popular movie that I remember as UNWATCHABLE from 1994 was "Intersection" with Richard Gere and Sharon Stone. I remember it being on while I was on an airplane, and I felt like I was being tortured by demons.

Out of the top 10 that year, there were four great films, but the other ones were "entertaining".

Forrest Gump - GREAT
The Lion King - GREAT
True Lies - ENTERTAINING
The Santa Clause - WATCHABLE
The Flintstones - I WATCHED IT
Dumb and Dumber - ENTERTAINING
Clear and Present Danger - ENTERTAINING
Speed - ENTERTAINING
The Mask - GREAT
Pulp Fiction - GREAT
Interview with the Vampire - ENTERTAINING

Isn't every movie unwatchable for you? You always brag about how you turn everything off after x number of minutes.

The only thing I think of that's unwatchable
Gay porn
I don't have anything against gays. Support gay marriage.
regardless
I find gay sex unwatchable
