And like he lost the Stormy Daniels case, whoops.

Remember what a big deal that was to the Lefty's? Stormy Daniels is going to end his presidency and her lawyer was going to run for president himself. Didn't quite work out that way. LOL Trump's lawyers have a case against Hillary Clinton this is not a frivolous lawsuit just for the fun of it. What they want is to get into discovery and that will turn out very badly for the Clinton camp. The best thing they can do is settle this out of court which is what will probably happen. Either way, going to court or settlement will be a vindication for Trump.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

My question is, if it's not an employee of Red Robins semen can that lawsuit fail? Because that could be an easy scam for two people in collusion to pull off. Just get some other male to contribute the semen then blame the restaurant.

The first thing RR will do is review any in restaurant surveillance tape (if available) in order to closely scrutinize the actions of the claimant, looking obviously for evidence of fraud.

If that hurdle is met, they should get a DNA sample of all employees who were there that night and compare it with the DNA in the claimed semen.

Can the busboy refuse to give a DNA sample? No way anyone gets my DNA without a court order.

It would be a piece of cake for RR's attorneys to get an order compelling the busboy to give a DNA sample, via swab.

Given the claim of a million in damages the interests of RR in not getting an undeserved judgment against them outweighs any privacy issue which the busboy may assert.

So yes, I think RR could get a written order, but they cannot mandate compliance with the order.

If he's the one who jerked off into the salad he'd be a damned fool to cooperate and might just flee.

The Supreme Court held that RICO has a four-year statute of limitations, which begins tolling from the time the victim discovers his or her damages.

Sounds a bit untimely to me.

For the past few years Bruce has making a ton of AWFUL straight-to-Redbox type movies where he got paid $1 million/day for 1-2 days of shooting. Lots of people had accused him of giving up on his career and just phoning it in.

I think now we know why he wanted to bank those paychecks.
