Trump and his legal team are aware this. They are also aware they can do the same to Hillary and members of the DNC.

Hillary and the DNC will have discovery requests to comply with as well..

Exactly. Trump has good lawyers and they weigh what will be uncovered in discovery on Trump side and what they can find out in discovery on Hillary Clinton side. What they can find out about her far far far outweighs anything that can get on Trump. They've been trying to nail Trump for 6 years now with no success. Everything ends up being a nothingburger that gets dismissed. Like the New York City prosecutor said last week, we think Trump committed all these crimes we just can't find any proof. LOL! That's the way it always is with him, lots of accusations and a total lack of proof and evidence. Hillary will settle this out of court wait and see.

Not good.

A former high school football champion whose lawyer said he disarmed a gunman during a fight at a California restaurant and was shot by police remained hospitalized Thursday.

Attorney Adante Pointer called K’aun Green, 20, a “hero” who prevented a shooting inside the La Victoria restaurant early Sunday before a San Jose police officer opened fire, striking Green.

“The police yelled 'drop the gun,' and without giving my client a second to understand it was the police, or turn around and see what was going on, or even to drop the gun, he was shot multiple times," Pointer told NBC Bay Area.

Green was shot in the abdomen and leg and twice in the arm, Pointer said.

You probably felt the same way about Martin Luther King getting shot.

According to a quarterly 2021 housing market report from the city of San Jose, and reporting from KRON4, the capital of Silicon Valley is virtually inaccessible to anyone who makes minimum wage — or who makes the median salary in the U.S.

Renters must earn $54 per hour — or $111,680 per year — to afford the average monthly effective rent for a 2-bedroom apartment, San Jose’s housing market update for the fourth quarter of 2021 said. (Effective rent includes any discounts on rent tenants receive.)

Meanwhile, buyers must earn $123 per hour, amounting to $255,635 per year, to lock down a median-priced single-family home in San Jose.

The report says that by October 2021, the average effective rent was $2,515 and a median family home cost $1,475,000. And according to the latest reporting from KRON4, it’s becoming even more prohibitively expensive to live in the South Bay tech haven.

This week, KRON4 reported the average rent in San Jose is more than $3,000 — nearly $500 more than the average listed in the city’s report on 2021 figures.

"German Retailers To Increase Food Prices By 20-50% On Monday"

They're blaming it on the war, but producer prices were up 25% there in January, before the start of the war, due to high energy costs.

It has more to do with energy policy than anything else.
