I think this will be a real war. I don't expect nukes to be used but I kind of hope they do. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |

I doubt it, but maybe. Like Trump, Xi purged the government of anyone with a brain and surrounded himself with sycophants. |

I really really dont think Xi will ever be overthrown Putin on the other hand, much better odds of getting overthrown or assassinated |

I see it just the opposite. I think Xi has a better chance because the Chinese people are going from earning a "respectable" living to a really bleak future. The Russians have only ever known poor earnings and living conditions. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |
