What is your favorite non-ocean fish? Mine is probably lake Perch since that is what I grew up on.

Crappie comes to mind though I haven't had that since childhood. Bigger sunfish generally are really good

a few years ago ate some really good fish in restaurant in FL that IIRC was freshwater type, so that was commercially harvested. I can't remember what it was, darn it, but very, very good
