You may recall my post of a few months ago about an elementary school in Australia that banned ALL hugs and kisses and gymnastics from school property, even forbidding a PARENT from holding their own child's hand. That school's entire administration needs to get a life!

Another innocent black man shot by police
This one is really baffling
A 23 year old autistic man wanders from the mental health center and sits in the middle of a road playing with his toy fire truck
A black mental health center worker goes into the road to retrieve him
The police are there and immediately start barking out orders
They tell the Black man to lie on his back with his hands in the air
He obeys their orders
He tells the cops he is a behavior tech at the group home.
They shoot him
WTF
As they come over to cuff him, he asks why they shot him
Cop "I don't Know"
WTF, why are they cuffing him? Because he's Black?

I just don't get it. You have a man with a toy truck, another man unarmed, with hands in the air, and someone gets shot. over fucking what?

I thought part of this was someone making a distorted report. They reported more information than they actually knew.

No idea what happened. If you see someone outside shouting, you shouldn't report they were making threats unless you know what they are actually shouting.

Group treatment homes are not usually in good neighborhoods so whoever made the original report of man with a gun instead of man with a toy truck may have known full well what he is doing.

Also, once ONE cop fires.... they all fire! But for the camera, they would have found a small pistol under the man. The cops just got confused and failed to remember to put a 'throaway' on the ground beside him.
