We've had dozens of terrorist acts committed by good ol' American Christians just in the last decade. No one is screaming that we should round up and kill all the Christians.

Your false and flaccid premise is that the predominant religion of a country is what makes it a good or bad place to live. I think that if you (like many people with bigoted views) were to travel to other countries and do so with an open mind, you might be able to let go of this "hatred of the other" tribalism. People are people, wherever you go. Understanding is the best antidote to hate there is, but if hate makes you feel good, you're going to resist that understanding.

It wasn't clear in this case. Even if he claimed to be addressing the writer, I would have found it personally insulting. If you want to challenge somebody's writing as bigoted, distorted, stupid, or sad, then show why that is the case. Don't just throw around adjectives.

He was suspended twice because of me, so
he kept trying to get me to say something

I still think he is JoeS from the once-sister site. My comments as to instability there stand here. It takes a certain kind of someone to come back on Christmas Day and hurl enough insults to get suspended in hours.

Should consider a lifetime ban next offense. This is not a college campus where he will stalk one of us. But this is an enabling situation possibly making life hard for other people he deals with.
