You certainly seem to eat healthy, I'll give you that. Do you exercise much, or otherwise are you active enough that it helps with improving your health? Too many of us are not active enough. |

Hoping I didn’t pick something up this week. My mother was sick and had think I caught a cold. If I die from the China virus give my money to the dog shelter. The President is a fink. |
