Your lack of reading comprehension is showing again. I gave you the source in my post. Quora was just to get ahead of the game when you claim my source is unreliable and biased. We actually it is biased it leans left.

He probably didn't do anything illegal, but he certainly lied about funding very dangerous and immoral research. Maybe a class action suit to recover what it cost each of us would be a better way to expose things.
