the history of this is chinese restaurants here, the take-out type in particular, were poisoning people by very bad practices. That has changed but I think safety inspectors still ride them pretty hard.

I'm not so sure leaving rice out unrefrigerated is any more dangerous than a whole other large list. Certainly that doesn't mean you don't have to worry about cooked rice at all. You probably should freeze it if you aren't going to eat it in a reasonable period of time, just like a whole bunch of other stuff.

If I buy this e-bike it will be the fourth one I've owned. It's also a Japanese bike, like my first. Second was an EZ, which was a Chinese bike. Third was an American bike Lectric. The last two were capable of 28mph. Higher speed is nice, but not really necessary. Intro price is a bargain, since eventually it's going to be 1k more.

Walked up to an ATM to get some cash, and its function screen was open. Much like when techs have casino screens open. I tapped some of the screen functions, but then thought better of it and left. Maybe it's a russian viral attack? Or not. But that's the first time I've seen that.

I'll give you something to worry about then. In Maryland someone was murdered maybe 10 yrs ago and that person's ATM card was used a few minutes later. The police checked the CCTV recording and connected the time shown on it to the time the ATM was used. They arrested the people in the video and charged them with murder ... it was up to a family member to finally prove that the time on the ATM and the time on the video were not coordinated properly. The cops were too lazy to check, finally arresting someone else thanks to this guy doing it for them.

So now you are on video messing around on that ATM ... prepare yourself!

Saw a short news blurb that Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian are still going strong after 6 months. Just to annoy Kayne West, I could stay in a loveless relationship.

Speaking to that, I was reading a website written by a former police lieutenant who said if the police ever interview you and you do not want to be interviewed you don't have to tell them anything except your name. He said the police are almost never there to do you any favors they are there to get things to use against you. So make them work for any information they want because he said police are extremely lazy for the most part and they want other people to do their investigation work for them. Police make lots of bad decisions and arrest the wrong people or at least accuse the wrong people because they're lazy. The smartest people in the world do not become police officers.
