Oh no I didn't. I stay away from bread
because of all the carbs and gluten. I
got the idea to make hamburger buns
out of grated carrots.

2 carrots grated
1/8 cup of rice flour
2 eggs
garlic powder
oregano

Mix well and shape into flat patties.
Fry in hot 350 degree oil 4 min on
each side. Drain on paper towel.

I made four of them, there's only
three in the pic because it was so
good I gobbled one of them down.
build a burger for dinner, can't wait.

Wow, might be the best burger I ever
had. Medium rare, mayo, cheese, onion,
red wine to drink. The carrot bun when
cooled has the same consistency as a
thick slice of rye bread. The flavor of
the medium rare meat blends perfectly
with the bun. I inhaled the first one.
I kept saying 'oh my god this is good'.
Might have it again tomorrow.

I got three onions. Gonna do the Baked in their Skins dish. Olive oil, butter, rosemary.

I gotta stop doing my meatloaf. Saves money but the taste is so bad and the grease is like eating glue.

Rice flour? Can regular flour be used?

There is no such thing as rice flower. There's no evidence for it at all. It's just a way to make people who don't believe in wheat flour feel better about their shallow and empty lives. They just make it all up and then try to trick you or force you to believe in it too.

This is absurd. Aside from mistake about flower and flour, none of this would affect my shallow empty life in any way, neither wheat flour nor rice flower, assuming they are relatively equally costly, that is.

'Rice flour is a form of flour made from finely milled rice. It is distinct from rice starch, which is usually produced by steeping rice in lye. Rice flour is a particularly good substitute for wheat flour, which causes irritation in the digestive systems of those who are gluten-intolerant.'

I thought it was a typo, you meant to type
flour.

Yes I admit I meant to type flower but had a mental episode. I'm not quite as old as Bob but I still have my elder moments. Thank you all for not being overly picky with me about spelling and grammar and such. I don't have a lot of formal education as you can clearly see.
