Telling perverts to stay out of the ladies room is not "bothering them." Telling perverts they are not women so do not compete in women's sports is not "bothering them." When they do either they are imposing on others.

Guys going in the ladies room and competing in women's sports is wrong. If you cannot understand that you have a problem.

Most of the things done wrong against various peoples was something alleged but not data driven. And this is not data driven. If it outweighs the number of attacks by men dressed as men that would be proof of something. And there a lot of attacks by men dressed as men in women's restrooms.

Sports is an issue. Maybe the rulings will find a compromise. Maybe it won't. I'm not going to conclude anything specific yet. No need to. It's not an emergency.
It will likely get settled in the next couple years one way or the other.

Also, I might note, no matter how nice it would be to accommodate handicapped people in every endeavor, it's simply not practical. That's just a fact. And I'm not opposed to facts when it's finally shown that something is too impractical to implement.

Same applies to transgender or anyone else with other issues.

...a workable compromise is what we require for people with nut allergies. Food places are required to warn them if foods may come in contact with nuts. But there's no requirement to have food on hand they can eat, or only serve acceptable foods. That's how things should work.

CA released their 2021 percentages. Look a the total for CA with a population of 40 million compared to Norway with a population of 5.4 million from Hydroelectric only. Norway exported 25,800 Gigawatt hours (GWh), an increase of 30% compared to 2020. Norway is selling electricity to Britain, Russia, Sweden, Finaland, and Denmark

Norway had a very easy decision to make about converting to an all electric vehicle fleet.

Interestingly enough CA state law as it currently stands does not permit "large hydro", nuclear, or natual gas by 2045 either from in-state generators or imported electricity. The law does not have to be repealed to add primary sources to the "renewables porfolio", but it does take a state congressional vote. While adding natural gas is sort of a basic conflict with he idea of renewables, many people view "large hydro" or nuclear as a kind of renewable since they don't generate green house gas like carbon dioxide.

The more people convert to electric vehicles the more downward pressure on gasoline prices. Which is good for those still driving gasoline vehicles.
