Who would you say the most prominent GOP governors are? Abbott in TX? The ever-expanding Ron DeSantis* of FL?

*I could make tons of posts about all the corrupt/unconstitutional things DeSantis does. But, just like Whitmer, he’s gonna win reelection next year. It’d be a waste of my energy to focus on him (besides an occasional joke about his constant weight gain ever since 2018).

What a clown
He just signed an Unconstitutional bill
If I decide to run for local office in FL
The Wizard cannot nuke or suspend me
ROTFL

The way to handle it was to prove and declare Facebook a monopoly and split them. Not this.

How is Facebook a monopoly and why do they need to be split
Its just fluff
If Facebook disappeared tomorrow, it would not effect my life at all
I dont need facebook
I know plenty of people not on it and just ignore it

If Gov DeSandytoes thinks conservatives don't have any legitimate alternative to Twitter or Facebook then he must think it's a monopoly. Cause he's sure acting like it. He's either full of s*** or he should start actually pushing to break them up which is what the government is suppose to do with monopolies, not just force the companies to do business the way he wants.

Even the Right Wing Washington Examiner says its unconstitutional

Even the lawyers behind it know its unconstitutional
But
DeSaniis ignores that because Unconstitutional is good politics to Trumpers
sad

Correct me if I’m wrong, but Desantis signed a bill presented to him by Florida’s legislature? Wouldn’t the opposing side (liberals/Democrats) have had an opportunity to get a legal opinion before they voted on it? Isn’t Florida close to 50-50 Repubs/Dems? I would surmise Desantis is considered a shoo in because.... more like him there than don’t?

I liked him at first because of a couple things he did, but now I'm starting to think he's a pick. (might be an "r" in there somewhere).

Liden, 26, found a 2.20-carat yellow diamond at Crater of Diamonds State Park in Arkansas on May 7, bringing to a close a years-long search for raw materials to create the perfect ring, the park said in a news release.

If you owned such a park, might you be tempted to buy and toss a rough diamond out in it to keep hope alive? Keeping the family business going for generations.

WTF
FL legislature controlled by Republicans
It's not even close
Republicans dominate the legislature so therefore they pass unconstitutional laws
Everybody in Tallahassee knows the bill is unconstitutional
That has nothing to do with passing the bill
It's all about keeping Trump and his supporters happy
If Trump and his supporters demand an unconstitutional bill
Republicans in the FL legislature will supply the red meat
This has nothing to do with protecting the Constitution
This is about attacking the Constitution
Party over the Constitution
Trump essentially got banned from private property
Therefore Trumpers no longer believe in private property rights because of this.

Nah, if so-minded, you'd set up a shill to 'find' the diamond, you wouldn't need to take such a hit. If the diamond was not worth much the publicity wouldn't be worth much either btw

I always wondered if they tried to mine diamonds there, and looked into it once. Yes, they tried, and gave it up. That can be googled still, I imagine.

A candy shop owner got into trouble because he only accused women of one trait of the type of workers he didn't want in a employees wanted ad. But other than that, I think not only bosses but most employees don't like working with these people.

paraphrasing

wanderer -- wanders around too much, and not doing work.
hider -- spends too much time disappeared from where the work is.
controller -- thinks they are in charge of things they aren't in charge of
splitter -- creating drama between other employees (this one he only accused women)

Homeschooling Skyrocketed In 2020, As Much As 700 Percent In Some States

More and more parents have had enough. 1 in 10 students, I had no idea it was that high. A great thing!

Florida gun violence has already exceeded last years gun violence. Wonder if Desantis will be running on that record.

Last year? When people were locked at home for months?
