It remained after the Cuban Missile Crisis, too. The important thing is you defuse it at least for now. The Little Guy was probably flexing to maintain power, he is still a young guy who probably is seen as not to have paid his dues, light as a feather in the eyes of the lower ranking guys in power. He failed in his flexing so perhaps he gets weakened.

Thank God! I'm glad it's over. He's only age 33 and his daughter is age 5, and his father died around age 70.

That requirement that the POTUS be at least age 35 makes more sense now.
